摘要
对聚溴代苯乙烯(PBS)和溴代聚苯乙烯(BPS)的热稳定性、阻燃性能等进行了比较研究。结果表明:PBS和BPS对PBT均具有良好的阻燃作用,但略有差别。垂直燃烧试验和LOI测定结果表明,BPS的阻燃作用略好于PBS,而锥形量热分析结果表明,PBS的阻燃作用略好于BPS;热重分析表明:PBS和BPS均具有良好的热稳定性,但前者的略好,添加PBS和BPS均降低了PBT的热稳定性,但两者无明显差异;加入PBS和BPS均改善了PBT的加工性能,但BPS/Sb2O3/PBT的略好于PBS/Sb2O3/PBT;加入PBS和BPS均降低了PBT的机械性能,但PBS对PBT机械性能的影响小于BPS。BPS的综合性能略差于PBS,但其生产工艺简单,合成成本低,因而更具发展潜力。
The thermal stability- and flame retardaney of polybromostyrene(PBS) and bromi- nated polystyrene (BPS) were studied comparatively. The results revealed that both PBS and BPS have good flame retardaney in PBT, but with a slight difference. The results of vertical burning test and LOI measurenlent showed that the flame retardaney of BPS is slightly better than PBS, but that of cone calorimetry test revealed that the flame retardaney of PBS is slightly better than BPS. TGA showed that Both PBS and BPS had good thermal stability, and adding of PBS or BPS reduced the thermal stability- of PBT, but there is no significant difference between PBS and BPS. Adding PBS or BPS improves the processing performance of PBT, but the processing performance of BPS/Sb2O3/ PBT is slightly better than that of PBS/Sb2 O3/PBT. Adding PBS or BPS reduces the mechanical properties of PBT, but the influence of PBS is less than BPS. The balance performance of BPS is slightly worse than PBS, but simple production process and low cost of synthesis make BPS more de- velopment potential.
