摘要
随着物流企业上市成功,纷纷进入资本市场,企业根据行业环境、自身特色选择合适的上市模式能加快进入资本市场的步伐,拓宽融资渠道、快速筹集发展资金,补救资金缺口,抓住转型机遇。文中分析了顺丰、圆通以及中通的不同上市模式,剖析选择的内在动因,得出物流企业选择上市模式的相关启示。
With the successful listing of logistics companies and their entry into the capital market,companies can choose the right listing model based on the industry environment and their own characteristics to accelerate the pace of entering the capital market,expand financing channels,quickly raise development funds,remedy funding gaps,and seize the opportunity for transformation. This article analyzes the different listing models of SF Express,YTO. Express and ZTO Express,analyzes the internal motivations of the selection,and draws inspiration from the logistics companies' choice of a listing model.
