摘要
科技信用是社会信用系统的一个重要组成部分。从科技信用的概念入手,通过研讨目前国内科技信用现状,以湖北省科技计划项目管理为例分析科技创新活动的特点,揭示我国科技信用建设中的若干问题,并结合大数据应用背景,探索我国科技计划项目管理中信用建设的有效途径和方法。
Science and technology credit is an important part of social credit system. This article is basically from the concept of science and technology credit,discuss of the current status of domestic science and technology credit,and analysis of the characteristics of scientific and technological innovation activities in Hubei province under these circumstances of big data age,reveal some main problems and proposed the solving countermeasures and suggestions.
