摘要
利用常规天气资料、江西Web GIS雷达拼图应用平台、江西自动站平台、强天气监测平台和雷电监测平台等数据,对2017年6月24-25日上高大暴雨过程,采用数据统计、形态特征对比等方法进行分析,结果表明:1)江西汛期暴雨覆盖面较大,维持时间较长,雨量比较集中,暴雨带范围较广。在持续较长时间的暴雨过程中,会出现≥10.0 m/s极大风速,但出现冰雹和≥17.2 m/s(8级)雷暴大风的几率较小,主要以短时强降水、雷电天气和持续性降水天气影响为主;2)200 h Pa分流区,500 h Pa低槽东移携带槽后干冷空气南下,副高位于华南,588线呈东北西南向,有利于西南气流发展;700 h Pa切变,850 h Pa低涡切变(湿舌范围较大);925h Pa切变、地面准静止锋上南北气流汇合等是产生江西暴雨的天气系统;3)东北—西南走向或东—西走向的絮状回波带中主要由40~45 d BZ回波组成,最强回波达到45~50 d BZ;或在中等强度的絮状回波中嵌有较强的回波单体;或絮状回波带中存有回波短带,这种回波结构虽然强度不强,造成地面降水也不是很大,但在一地维持时间较长,也可以产生暴雨。
Using conventional weather data,Web GIS radar puzzles application platform of Jiangxi province,Jiangxi automatic station platform,strong weather monitoring platform and lightning monitoring platform,such as data,on June 24-25,2017,tall,heavy rain process by adopting the method of data statistics,morphological characteristics,comparative analysis,the results show that:1) the flood season of Jiangxi province rain coverage is larger,keep for a long time,rainfall is more concentrated,with a wide range of the storm. In the process of rainstorm last for a long time,there will be a great acuity 10. 0 m/s wind speed,but the hail and acuity 17. 2 m/s( 8) less chance of thunderstorm winds,mainly short-term heavy rain,thunder and lightning weather and continuous precipitation weather is given priority to. 2)200 h Pa shunt area;After the 500 h Pa trough moved eastward to carry the trough,the dry cold air went southward. The secondary height was located in south China. 700 h Pa shear;Low vortex shear at 850 h Pa( large wet tongue range);The 925 h Pa shear and the confluence of the north and south airflow on the ground quasi-stationary front are weather systems that generate heavy rain in Jiangxi province. 3) the flocculant echo zone in the northeast-southwest directionor east-west direction is mainly composed of 40 ~ 45 d Bz echo,with the strongest echo reaching 45~ 50 d Bz. Or a strong echo monomer is embedded in the medium intensity flocculation echo. Or there is a short echo zone in the floccus echo zone. Although this echo structure is not strong enough to cause heavy ground precipitation,it can also generate heavy rain in a place with a long duration.
