摘要
以南京某高职院校为例,对近几年高职学生道德建设实践进行经验梳理和成效总结,对高职学生的道德观念、道德意愿、道德教育实施与进展情况进行抽样调查和实证分析。高职德育量化管理必须坚持以立德树人为中心,实现柔性化管理、德育管理量化与质性结合、德育内容职业化、利用大数据进行德育评价,推动理念革新,切实增强高职学生德育工作的实效性。
Taking a higher vocational college in Nanjing as an example,this thesis summarizes the practice and experience of higher vocational education students＇ moral construction in recent years,conduct a sample and an empirical analysis of the practice and progress of vocational students＇ moral concept,moral will,moral education.The quantitative management of higher vocational education must adhere to the moral education as the center,to realize the flexible management,quantitative moral management combined with qualitative content of moral education,and moral education professionalism. We should use the big data to promote the concept innovation and enhance the effectiveness of higher vocational students＇ moral education.
