基于DNA与单层二硫化钨的相互作用荧光法检测汞(Ⅱ)离子

摘要 采用荧光法检测汞(Ⅱ)离子(Hg2+).讨论了该方法的可行性,研究了二硫化钨(WS2)的浓度对实验的影响.对不同浓度的Hg2+离子进行检测,随后,又研究了其选择性,以及其他金属离子对检测Hg2+离子过程中是否有干扰.实验结果表明该方法具有操作简单、成本低、选择性好等优点. Fluorescence was used to detect mercury( Ⅱ) ions( Hg2+). The feasibility of this method was discussed and the effect of tungsten disulfide( WS2) concentration on the experiment was studied. Different concentrations of Hg2+ions were detected,followed by their selectivity,and whether other metal ions interfered with the detection of Hg2+ions. The experimental results show that this method has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and good selectivity.
