批处理平衡法测定聚醚砜超滤膜的零电荷点 被引量:1

摘要 材料表面的荷电性对超滤膜的耐污染性能和吸附性能等有重要影响。本文采用相转化法制备了交联壳聚糖季铵盐含量为10wt%的聚醚砜超滤膜,并以氯化钠溶液为支持电解质,通过批处理平衡法测定了超滤膜的零电荷,其零电荷点的p H值为6.2。结果表明该膜在p H值低于6.2以下时膜表面带正电荷。该法可用于不溶固体零电荷点的测定,具有简单、方便等优点。 The charge of material surface has an important influence on the fouling resistance and adsorption propertyof ultrafiltration membrane. A polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane with 10wt% cross - linked chitosan quaternaryammonium salt was prepared by phase conversion method. The zero charge point of the cross-linked chitosan quaternaryammonium salt / polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane was measured by the batch equilibration technique using KCl asa background electrolyte. The pH value of the zero charge point of was 6. 2. The results showed that the membrane had apositive charge at pH below 6. 2. This method can be used for the zero charge determination of other insoluble solids,which had the advantages of simple and convenient.
