摘要
供给侧改革已经成为当下经济发展领域最热的词,随着经济的不断发展,作为教育供给侧的高职院校,正面临着人才培养与社会需求严重脱节的矛盾。如何探索高职院校供给侧改革的新路径,已成为高职教育亟待解决的问题。本文结合铁路特色高职校辽宁铁道职业技术学院在专业设置、招生制度、校企合作、半军事化学生管理等方面取得的改革成效,为高职院校供给侧改革提供借鉴。
The supply-side reform has become the hottest word in the current economic development field. With the continuous development of the economy, higher education institutions as the supply side of education are facing the contradiction between personnel training and social needs. How to explore the new path of supply-side reform in higher vocational colleges has become an urgent problem to be solved in higher vocational education. This paper combines the achievements of reform in professional setup, enrollment system, schoolenterprise cooperation, and semi-militarized student management of Liaoning Railway Vocational and Technical College to provide reference for supply-side reform in higher vocational colleges.
