摘要
在近年来的社会发展中,我国整体经济得到了更为稳定和迅速的发展。特别是加入了世界贸易组织后,我国市场的开放程度更是大大提升,可以说市场的开放给我国企业带来发展机遇的同时,也使得企业在发展和建设中面临着十分激烈的竞争。所以今后企业要想在激烈的市场发展中获取更大的进步,就需要对管理工作进行更充分的关注和重视。企业在实际发展中管理工作的重要性不容忽视,所以当前很多学者也加强了对这一问题的研究,激励理论的出现和应用也为企业管理者提供了全新的发展方向,所以在今后的实际工作中怎样对这一理念进行有效应用也是我们需要研究的重点问题。为此,下文笔者也将对企业管理中的激励理论进行研究,希望对这项工作的开展起到更大的帮助作用。
In the social development in recent years, China's overall economy has got more stable and rapid development. In particular,after joining the World Trade Organization, the degree of openness in the Chinese market has been greatly enhanced. It can be said that the opening up of the market has brought about opportunities for the development of China's enterprises, and at the same time, it has made the enterprises face fierce competition in their development and construction. Therefore, if companies want to make greater progress in the fierce market development, they will need to pay more attention to management. The importance of corporate management in practical development cannot be overlooked. Therefore, many scholars have also stepped up their research on this issue. The emergence and application of incentive theory also provides a new direction for the development of corporate managers, so in the future how to effectively apply this idea in our work is also a key issue that we need to study. For this reason, the author will also study the incentive theory in business management and hope to play a more helpful role in the development of this work.
