摘要
随着社会和科学技术的发展,人们的生活水平得到了极大的改善,互联网+、移动支付、人工智能、大数据、机器学习,这些看起来很前沿的技术却潜移默化的融入我们的日常生活中改变的我们的生活方式,医院作为人们生活中息息相关的一个组织,如何将这些新技术融入到医院的各项工作中,更好的为患者和医务工作者提供更便捷的服务这是医院需要迫切考虑的问题。智慧医院并不是简单的将新技术强加到医院的信息系统中,重点和难点在于根据新技术如何优化现有的就医模式、就医流程。智慧医院更在意的是新技术下的流程再造,模式优化,这个在医院这个特殊的组织机构下,尤其是省级三甲医院下进行更是难上加难,涉及到的流程多,系统多,部门多。
With the development of society and science and technology, people＇s living standards have been greatly improved.Internet ＋, mobile payment, artificial intelligence, big data, and machine learning, these seemingly cutting-edge technologies are subtly integrated into our daily lives and changing our lifestyle. Hospital is an organization closely related to people＇s lives, so how to integrate these new technologies into the hospital＇s work and provide better services to patients and medical workers is an urgent consideration of hospitals. Smart hospitals are not simply embedding new technologies into the information systems of hospitals. The key and difficult point is how to optimize existing medical treatment modes and medical procedures according to new technologies. The smart hospital is more concerned with the process reengineering under new technologies and the optimization of the model. This is particularly difficult under the special organization of the hospital, especially at the provincial level of the top-three hospitals. There are many processes, systems and departments involved.
