摘要
讨论了助力自行车驱动力的波动性质,并引入相对波动系数参量描述。讨论和确定了脚踏动力的等效形式,分析了助力减速机脚踏动力与电动机动力的合成原理和力学特性;提出"相对助力比"技术参量对电动机助力程度进行表征。提出了设置电动机启动阈值的新型助力模式,并进行了新助力模式的力学和运行特性分析,导出了各技术参量的关系式和满足持续助力要求的基本条件,给出适应各种行驶状况和要求的各参量选择调整方法,通过骑行试验进行了验证,对助力减速机的设计和性能分析具有参考意义。
The fluctuation of the driving force of the bicycle is discussed and the relative fluctuation coefficient parameter description is introduced. The equivalent form of the pedal power is discussed and determined. The synthesis principle and mechanical characteristics of the pedal power and the motor power of the power reducer are analyzed. The technical parameters of "relative assist ratio"are used to characterize the motor assist level. A new type of power assist mode is set up to set the motor start threshold, and the mechanics and operating characteristics of the new power assist mode are analyzed. The relationship between the technical parameters and the basic conditions for satisfying the continuous power demand are derived, and various driving conditions and requirements are given. The parameters of each parameter are selected and adjusted, and the bicycle test is performed to verify the design and performance analysis of the power reducer.
