摘要
目的探讨循证护理管理在小儿支气管镜检查术前禁食禁饮时间中的应用效果。方法选取本院行支气管镜检查的患儿100例作为研究对象,将实施循证管理前的48例纳入对照组,实施循证护理后的52例纳入观察组,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对比2组患儿家长护理前后焦虑程度,记录2组患儿不良反应发生情况,并统计患儿家长护理满意度。结果与护理前比较,2组患儿家长护理后的SAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组SAS评分为(8.25±2.16)分显著低于对照组的(12.38±2.93)分(P<0.05);观察组患儿哭闹、饥饿、口渴发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿术中呕吐发生率为1.92%与对照组4.17%无差异(P>0.05);观察组患儿家属总满意度均高于对照组。结论术前禁食禁饮时间中对行小儿支气管镜检查的患儿给予循证护理,可显著减轻患儿家长焦虑程度,降低患儿并发症发生率,从而提高患儿家属护理满意度,促进医患关系和谐发展。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing management on fasting time before pediatric bronchoscopy. Methods A total of 100 children with bronchoscopy in our hospital were included in the study,and 48 cases before implementation of evidence-based management were included in the control group,and 52 cases after evidence-based care were included in the observation group. Self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） was used to compare the degree of anxiety of the parents before and after nursing,occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded,and parental care satisfaction were assessed. Results Compared with care before,SAS scores after care in both groups were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group [（ 8. 25 ± 2. 16） vs.（ 12. 38 ± 2. 93）,P〈0. 05） ]. The incidences of crying,hunger and thirst in the observation group were 7. 69%,5. 77%,and 1. 92%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 22. 92%,20. 83%,18. 75% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of vomiting was 1. 92% in the observation group,and 4. 17% in the control group,but no significant differences were seen in two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The family members of the observation group had higher total satisfaction than the control group. Conclusion Evidence-based care during pre-operative fasting can significantly reduce anxiety of parents and reduce the incidence of complications in the children,improve satisfaction of children＇s family and promote harmonious development of doctorpatient relationship for children who underwent pediatric pediatric bronchoscopy.
