摘要
核安全问题是当前世界各国普遍关注的问题。我国是拥核国家,大力发展核电事业,周边多个国家也拥有核武器及核电设施,加之近年来核恐怖、核事故此起彼伏,当前面临的核安全威胁必须引起高度重视。军队作为国家的安全柱石和核应急救援的重要力量,有责任有义务深入对核安全问题研究,加强指挥体制、救援队伍、装备物资和训练演习等方面建设,全面提升核应急处置能力。
The issue of nuclear safety is a common concern worldwide. China has the capability of employing nuclear energy,and it promotes its nuclear power industry widely. Meanwhile,many neighbour countries also have nuclear weapons and nuclear power facilities. Considering that nuclear terror and nuclear accidents occur recently,the nuclear safety threats faced by China currently must be highly valued.As the country＇s pillar of safety and an important force for nuclear emergency rescue,the military has the responsibility to have an in-depth study of the issue of nuclear safety,and to strengthen the construction of command systems,rescue teams,equipment,materials,training exercises,and other aspects. It is significant to comprehensively increase the capabilities of nuclear emergency response.
