空气湿度与养殖室内环境控制 被引量:2

摘要 笔者介绍了空气湿度的一些热力学指标,表明空气湿度是空气焓值的主要组成部分,约占空气焓值的70%。空气中的水汽含量以及相对湿度值显著影响空气的传导和对流传热效率,进而影响动物的保温和散热。空气相对湿度也对动物的呼吸散热和蒸发散热有显著影响。特别在高湿环境下,动物的呼吸散热和蒸发散热受到严重抑制。夏季蒸发降温设施的使用效果也取决于环境的空气相对湿度。空气相对湿度高于75%,蒸发降温的效果会显著下降,甚至失去作用。在高温高湿和低温高湿时,有必要进行空气除湿。可以采用甘油除湿技术。艾科斯动物养殖室环境控制系统包含了甘油除湿设施和蒸发降温设施。系统会根据环境控制的温湿度条件自动调用除湿或蒸发降温设施,实现对养殖环境的控制。 The thermodynamics of air Humidity is discussed with the results showing that the thermal energy of gaseous water in the air constitute the main part of the total moist air's enthalpy. The amount of gaseous water in the air and the relative humidty have important affects on the heat conduction and convection of air, thus influencing the effects of indoor animal' s heat preservation and heat dissipation. In the hot and humid climate, the respiratory heat dissipation and evaporative heat dissipation was seriously repressed. The evaporative cooling devices'operation effectiveness is also depended on the relative humidity (RH) of air. When the RH value is greater than 75%, the evaporative cooling devices will not produce the best possible results, even lost its effects.In hot and humid climate, cool and humid climate, air dehumidification is necessary. The glycerol can be used to absorb the gaseous water in air, thus producing dry air entering in- to the animal house. A automatic animal house environment system, called AHECS,was developed,which has the facilities of glycerol dehumidifacation and evaporative cooling. The System could control the indoor air temperature and humidty by coordinating the use of relevant facilities, such as glycerol dehumidifacation and evaporative cooling facilities.
