超洁净煤制备过程中矿物质的反应热力学特性 被引量:1

摘要 为提高不同煤中矿物质的脱除效率,采用AMICS系统对5种煤的矿物组成进行分析。针对煤中主要矿物质,分析了化学方法制备超洁净煤过程中不同矿物质的反应历程。采用HSC Chemistry热力学数据库软件计算了超洁净煤制备过程中主要矿物质的反应热力学数据(ΔH、ΔS和ΔG)及平衡常数K,判定温度对相关矿物溶出反应的影响。结果表明,煤中矿物主要包括高岭石、白云石、黄铁矿、石英和白云石等。不同煤中矿物成分不同,应根据矿物成分及热力学特性,调整化学法脱除煤中矿物质的反应温度和酸碱用量,提高矿物质脱除效率,制备高纯度UCC。其中,煤中的赤铁矿和方解石易与硫酸反应,较易脱除;煤中高岭石、硅石、铝土矿、黄铁矿的碱液消解反应需适当提高温度和碱液用量,提高矿物质转化率。 In order to improve the removal efficiency of minerals in different coals, the mineral composition of different coals was tested by AMICS system. The reaction process of different minerals during the preparation of ultra-clean coal(UCC) was discussed. Using HSC thermodynamic database software, the reaction thermodynamic data ( delta H, delta S and delta G) and equilibrium constant K of the main minerals in UCC preparation were calculated, and effect of temperature on dissolution reaction of related minerals was determined. The results show that the minerals in coal mainly include kaolinite, dolomite, pyrite, quartz, pyrite and dolomite. Different kinds of coal have different minerals. According to the mineral composition and thermodynamic characteristics, the reaction temperature and the amount of acid and al- kali in coal should be adjusted by chemical method to improve the mineral removal efficiency and prepare high purity UCC. Hematite and calcite in coal react with sulfuric acid easily and get rid of easily. The lye digestion reaction of kaolinite, silica, bauxite and pyrite in coal should be appropriately increased.
