摘要
研究了社区教育资源联盟建设进展情况,剖析了开放大学与社区教育中心资源依赖因素,给出资源联盟建设组织架构、考虑因素和机制,以期能为社区教育资源建设提供参考。社区教育不断深入发展,资源建设也需适应发展形势,以起到对社区教育的支持作用,开放大学与社区教育中心结成资源建设联盟是解决社区教育资源建设瓶颈问题的有益探索。
This paper defines the related concepts of community, community education resources and alliances, studies the pro- gress of community education resource alliance construction, analyzes the resource dependence factors of open university and community education center, gives the organizational structure, consideration and construction of resource construction alliance Mechanism, in or- der to provide a reference for the construction of high quality community education resources. Community education has been an in- depth development while resource construction also needs to adapt to the development situation to play a good resource support for community education. The resource alliance construction of open university and community education center is the exploration to solve the bottleneck of community education resources.
