摘要
"一带一路"建设是新时代我国加快形成全面开放新格局的重点。推进"一带一路"建设的前提是参与各方认知相同,形成合力发展。"一带一路"倡议与可持续发展目标一致、原则吻合、内容相通、路径类似。因此,可持续发展可能是进一步推进"一带一路"建设的破题关键。推进"一带一路"建设,需要以提高各国可持续发展水平为政策取向,从国家、企业、社会组织三个层面多管齐下,并做到精准施策。
The Belt and Road Initiative is the key of advancing China＇s high level opening in new era. The premise of promoting the Belt and Road Initiative is the consensus of countries. The Belt and Road Initiative and sustainable development are consistent in goals, principles, content and path. Therefore, sustainable development is the key to further the construction of Belt and Road Initiative. We should take improving the sustainable development level of all countries as a goal and make policy from three aspects such as social organization, enterprise and state in order to promote the Belt and Road Initiative.
