摘要
我国少数民族地区由于受到地理位置偏远、交通不便、人口较少等特殊因素的影响,其经济发展水平相对落后于我国其他地区,企业缺乏科技创新能力的问题十分突出。目前,随着我国进入科技创新的新时代,为民族地区经济发展带来重要机遇,提高企业的科技进步与创新能力,已成为民族地区国有经济发展面临的重大课题。在此首先明确民族地区所有制结构及其特征,进而深入分析民族地区国有经济科技创新与竞争力的现状,最终提出科技创新对民族地区国有经济竞争力提升的具体路径,以期能够为提升民族地区国有经济竞争力提供一些具有可操作性的建议。
Due to the remote location, in-convenient traffic, and small population, and other objective conditions in the minority areas of China, the level of their economic and social development is relatively large compared to the developed regions, especially the low technological and innovations capability. At present, as China enters a new era of scientific and technological innovation, it brings important opportunities for economic development in ethnic regions, and the contribution rate of technological progress and innovation to economic development has become a major issue facing the development of state-owned economy in ethnic minority areas. This article first defines the structure and characteristics of ownership in ethnic areas in China, and further analyzes the state-owned economy＇s present situation of the technological innovation and competitiveness in the minority areas, and finally puts forward the specific path of technological innovation to enhance the competitiveness of the state-owned economy in the ethnic areas. It can provide some operative suggestions for upgrading economic competitiveness of the national areas of the minority areas.
