摘要
介绍了球墨铸铁管件的特点、性能要求和功能。分析了球墨铸铁管件常用的铸造工艺（黏砂铸造工艺，覆膜砂铸造工艺，树脂砂铸造工艺，消失模铸造工艺）的优缺点。推荐了选用球墨铸铁管件铸造工艺的原则。
Features, property requirements and function of the nodular iron pipe fittings were introduced. Merits and demerits of the commonly used foundry technologies, involving sand burning casting process, precoated sand casting process, resin sand casting process, and lost-wax casting process, were described. The fundamentals whereby casting practice was selected for the nodular iron pipe fittings were recommended.
