摘要
目的了解医院感染现状及变化趋势,为提高医院感染管理水平及制定医院感染预防控制措施提供依据。方法通过资料分析的方法,对某医院连续10年医院感染现患率调查结果进行统计分析。结果该医院2007-2016年连续10年住院患者医院感染现患率波动在3.29%~7.55%范围,例次现患率波动在4.01%~8.26%范围。医院感染部位始终以下呼吸道为主,感染病原体始终以革兰阴性菌为主。自2009年以来,抗菌药物使用率呈总体下降趋势,治疗性用药比例呈逐年上升趋势。结论该医院连续10年医院感染现患率无规律性变化,但均在规范控制范围,抗菌药物使用趋于合理,医院感染管理向好发展。
Objective To know the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in hospital,and to provide a scientific basis for further development of nosocomial infection control measures. Methods By data analysis,the survey results of nosocomial infection prevalence in a hospital for 10 consecutive years were statistically analyzed. Results The prevalence rates of nosocomial infection of inpatients in the hospital from 2007 to 2016 fluctuated from 3. 29% to 7. 55%,and the case prevalence rates fluctuated from 4. 01% to 8. 26%. Respiratory tract was the mian nosocomial infection site,and the main pathogen was Gram-negative bacteria. Since 2009,the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents decreased,and the proportion of therapeutic drugs increased year by year. Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in this hospital has no regular change for 10 years,but it is in the standard control range. The use of antimicrobial drugs tends to be reasonable,and the management of nosocomial infection develops well.
