摘要
设计了基于FPGA的快速核素识别仪。系统以Altera的EP2C8Q208C8N为核心,集成CH158-06型NaI(Tl)闪烁探测器,ATK-S1216F8-BDGPS/北斗定位模块;24 V锂电池组为整个系统持续供电;高速转换芯片采用AD9235;FPGA内部模块使用Verilog语言进行设计;采用安卓系统终端作为信息显示载体;硬件部分通过CH-05蓝牙模块与终端实现无线通信;能谱显示软件使用Java语言进行编写。测试结果表明:仪器工作稳定可靠,达到设计目标。
A fast nuclide identification instrument was designed based on FPGA.The system used Altera's EP2C8Q208C8 N as the core,and integrated CH158-06 NaI(Tl) scintillation detector and ATK-S1216F8-BDGPS/Beidou module;A 24 V lithium battery pack provided continuous power for the whole system;The high-speed conversion chip adopted AD9235;The internal module of FPGA was designed with Verilog language;Android system terminal was used as the information display carrier;The wireless communication between the hardware and the terminal was used by CH-05 bluetooth module;The spectrum display software was designed with Java language.The test results showed that the instrument was stable and reliable and achieved the design goal.
