摘要
针对核电厂日常运行过程中存在的堆芯中子通量测量系统故障频发问题,研究堆芯中子通量测量系统典型失效事件,包括指套管磨损深度超标、闪发密封组件泄漏报警及中子通量测量探头卡涩问题。通过对典型失效数据和异常事件的收集,分析三类异常事件的发生原因。总结处理类似异常事件的原则和经验,提出了有针对性防范措施和相应的防护对策,避免类似事件的重复发生。
Frequent failures of the core neutron flux measurement system were existed in the daily operation of the nuclear power plant.The typical failure events of the core neutron flux measurement system were studied in this paper,including the wear depth of core flux thimble exceeding the standard,the leakage alarm of seal assembly flashed,and the jam fault in the neutron flux measurement probe.Through the collection of typical failure data and abnormal events,the reasons for the 3 types of abnormal events were analyzed.Finally,the principle and experience of dealing with similar abnormal events were summarized,and some preventive measures and corresponding protective measures were put forward to avoid the similar events.
