云南生物制药产业产学研合作问题研究 被引量:4

摘要 产学研合作是促进产业技术创新,加速产业组织变革,提供科技成果转化平台,形成产业技术创新扩散的有效手段,同时也是提高行业竞争力,推动行业经济发展的战略措施。本文以技术创新理论、产业创新理论为基础,结合产学研基本理论,在对云南白药、昆药集团及沃森生物制药企业的产学研合作进行了深入调查的基础上,发现云南生物制药产业存在的具体问题,并在宏观角度上提出完善法律法规、改革科技体制、建立技术创新联盟及利用互联网构建信息平台等六项对策措施。 Cooperation of Industry- University- Institute is an effective way in promoting innovation of industrial technology,accelerating reform of industrial organization,providing a platform for transformation of scientific and technical achievements,and forming diffusion of innovation of industrial technology. Meanwhile,it is also a strategic measure in enhancing industrial competitiveness and promoting industrial economic development. In this paper,based on the theories of technological and industrial innovation,the author,combining with the basic theory of Industry- University- Institute,did a deep investigation on cooperation of Industry- University- Institute in Yunnan Baiyao Group Co.,Ltd.,KPC Pharmaceuticals,Inc and Walvax Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.. Through the investigation,the author found the specific problems existed in the biological pharmaceutical industry of Yunnan Province. The author also put forward six macro- perspective countermeasures,including perfecting laws and regulations,reforming scientific and technological systems,setting up alliance in technological innovation,and utilizing the Internet to build information platform and so on.
