摘要
湿疹属变态反应性炎症性皮肤病,它是由多种因素共同作用引起的一种常见疾病。小儿湿疹的主要临床特点是,皮损对称分布,多形损害,剧烈瘙痒,有渗出倾向,反复发作,易成慢性等。王素梅教授临证多年,对于小儿湿疹的治疗有其独到的见解。文章详细阐述了王素梅教授对小儿湿疹本虚标实的认识,"本"为脾失健运,水湿内阻,心肝火旺,毒邪外泄,"标"乃风湿热邪,侵犯肌腠。辨证时需要分清标本缓急,即在发作期,标实为主,治以祛风清热,解毒透疹;在缓解期,本虚为主,治以健运脾胃,利湿凉血。
Eczema is an allergic inflammatory skin disease,which is a common disease caused by a variety of factors. The main clinical features of eczema in children are the distribution of lesions symmetrical,pleural damage,severe itching,exudation tendency,recurrent,and easy to become chronic. Professor Wang Sumei has treated children eczema for many years. To better study the theory of Professor Wang,this article expounded the theory of Professor Wang Sumei for treatment of children eczema by distinguishing＂symptoms＂and＂root causes＂.＂Root cause＂are dysfunction of the spleen in transportation,internal obstruction of water dampness,hyperactivity of heart-liver fire,and toxin evil leaked.＂Symptoms＂are wind dampness and heat pathogen invading striae and interstices. Syndrome differentiation should distinguish symptoms and root causes,and degree of urgency. During onset period,symptoms and excess are manifested,and the therapy is to clear heat,detoxify through rash. During regression period,root causes and deficiency are manifested,and the therapy is to invigorate spleen and stomach,and remove dampness and cool blood.
