摘要
专业学术期刊编辑工作的专业性较强,期刊出版需要优秀论文,更依赖优秀的编辑人才,尤其是处于大数据时代的背景下,对编辑的工作能力提出了更高的要求。从流程学的角度出发,探讨了如何在审稿、编稿、出版等流程中,提高编辑的业务能力。
The professional of professional academic journal editing work is stronger,the publication of journals need excellent papers,relying more on excellent editing talent,especially in the context of the big data era,there are higher requirements for the work capacity of editors. From the perspective of process science,this paper discusses how to improve the professional ability of editors in the process of reviewing,editing and publishing.
