用邻二甲苯液相氧化制备邻甲苯甲酸

摘要 介绍了采用空气作氧化剂、环烷酸钴作催化剂,由邻二甲苯液相氧化制备邻甲苯甲酸的方法。在中型半连续鼓泡床反应器上,评价了反应温度、反应压力、空气流量以及反应时间对邻甲苯甲酸单程收率的影响。结果表明,制备邻甲苯甲酸的最佳反应温度125℃,反应压力0.25MPa,空气表现流速0.011m/S,反应时间3h。在此条件下,邻甲苯甲酸单程收率为43.2%。 A method of preparing o - toluic acid from o - xylene with air as oxidiaing agent, cobalt naphthenate as catalyst by liquid - phase oxidation was introduced. The effects of the reaction temperature , time ,pressure and air flow on the vield of o - toluic acid were evaluated on a medium sized Semi - coninuous bubbling bed reartor. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions, namel, the reaction temperature is 125℃, the presare is 0.25 MPa, the time is 3 hours and air apparent velocity is O.011 m/s. At the conditions, the single process yield of o - toluic acid is 43. 2%.
