摘要
以水玻璃为主要原料，采用特定的分散剂，利用离子交换法制备出2种不同规格的高浓度硅溶胶产品，产品粒径分别为33±4nm和60±5nm。应用于丙烯睛催化剂载体和电子硅片抛光，性能优异。
Two norms of high concentrated silica sol were prepared with special dispersing agent and water glass as major raw material by ion exchange process. The particles are 33.4 mm and 65±5nm in diameter, respehvely. The particles have properties when they are used as support of catalyst for Preparing acrylonitrile and electrical silicon flake poishing.
