承压状态下混合配筋PHC管桩受力性能有限元分析 被引量:3

Finite element analysis of mechanical behavior of PHC pipe piles with mixed reinforcement in pressurized situations

摘要 为研究承压状态下混合配筋PHC管桩的受力性能,本文采用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS,基于6根混合配筋PHC管桩拟静力试验研究进行了有限元分析。有限元分析得到的荷载-位移曲线以及试件损伤模式和试验结果吻合较好,验证了模型和参数取值的准确性。在此基础上,研究了轴压比、配筋强度比、预应力度和混凝土强度等参数对混合配筋PHC管桩受力性能的影响。分析结果表明,轴压比和混凝土强度对PHC管桩的受力性能有较大影响,提高轴压比和混凝土强度均能明显提高管桩的极限承载力,桩身混凝土强度等级不宜低于C70。增大预应力钢棒的张拉预应力能使混合配筋PHC管桩的承载力有小幅度提高,配筋应力比保持在0.45左右可使混合配筋PHC管桩的综合性能最优。 In order to study the stress performance of the mixed reinforced PHC pipe piles under the pressure condition,the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS is used in this paper to analyze the finite element analysis based on the pseudo static test of 6 mixed reinforcement PHC pipe piles. The load displacement curves obtained from the finite element analysis and the damage modes of the specimens agree well with the experimental results,which verifies the accuracy of the model and parameter values. On the basis of these,the effects of axial compression ratio,ratio of reinforcement strength,pre stress and concrete strength on the mechanical behavior of PHC pipe piles with mixed reinforcement are studied. The results show that the axial compression ratio and the strength of concrete have great influence on the performance of the PHC pipe piles,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the pipe pile can be improved obviously by increasing the axial pressure ratio and the strength of concrete. The strength grade of the concrete pile should not be lower than that of C70. Increasing the prestress of the prestressed reinforcement can make the bearing capacity of the mixed reinforcement PHC pipe pile slightly increase,and the ratio of the reinforcement stress ratio to the 0. 45 can make the comprehensive performance of the mixed reinforcement PHC pipe piles best.
