Optimization on the Centring Device of the Magnetic Force Pair of Steel Plate

摘要 针对莱钢宽厚板厂双边剪钢板磁力对中装置在生产使用中出现导向杆及导向筒断裂,开焊,以及运行中信号丢失的问题。进行分析并逐一改造和优化,改造实施后减少了故障问题的发生,确保设备稳定运行,提高了经济效益,希望为中厚板厂剪切线相关设备的应用提供借鉴。 Aiming at the problems in the production and operation of the magnetic shear alignment device of the double shear steel plate in Laiwu Iron and Steel Heavy Plate Plant, the problem of guiding rod and guide cylinder fracture, welding and running signal loss is presented. Mter analyzing and upgrading them one by one, after transformation and implementation, the failure problem is eliminated, the stable operation of equipment is improved, and the economic benefit is increased. It is hoped that it can provide some experience for the application of shear line related equipment in medium plate plant.
