脑出血大鼠脑组织凝血酶、含水量、细胞凋亡的情况研究 被引量:4

Effects of Thrombin around Hematoma on Brain Edema after Intracerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 为分析脑出血大鼠模型脑组织中凝血酶、含水量、细胞凋亡的情况,将120只SD大鼠随机分为3组,每组各40只,观察1组为制备的脑出血大鼠模型,观察2组为生理盐水大鼠模型,对照组为正常大鼠,所有大鼠均在相同条件下饲养。分别于术后6 h、24 h、3 d、7 d,测定大鼠脑组织凝血酶水平、脑组织含水量、及脑细胞凋亡情况。观察1组脑组织凝血酶水平、脑组织含水量、及脑细胞凋亡情况,在6 h、24 h、3 d、7 d时均高于观察2组、对照组,差异存在统计学意义(p〈0.05);观察2组与对照组之间各指标水平相当(p〉0.05)。本研究推测,脑出血大鼠血肿周围凝血酶水平高、脑细胞大范围凋亡可能是脑水肿形成的重要因素,为脑出血患者的治疗提供了新途径。 This study aims to analyze the thrombin around hematoma and its relationship with brain edema in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).The author collected 120 models of intracerebral hemorrhage in rats,using autologous coagulation injection,from August 2015 to March 2016 and divided the models into three groups of 40 cases:the observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group.The observation group 1 were models ofcerebral hemorrhage,the observation group 2 were models of saline,and the control group were normal rats.All rats were fed under the same conditions and every 10 rats in each groups were determine the apoptosis of brain cells,brain tissue thrombin levels and brain tissue water content after 6 h,24 h.3 d,7 d after operation.The brain tissue of thrombin level,the apoptosis of brain cells and brain water content of observation of 1 groups in 6 h,24 h,3 d and 7 d were higher than the observation group 2 and the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P〈0.05);While the observation group 2 and the control group were at the nearly same level(P〈0.05).The study found that the high level of thrombin and the apoptosis of brain cells around hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats may be an important factor in the formation of brain edema,which is valuable to study more.
