摘要
自由与秩序的关系是幼儿教育活动中的一对矛盾关系,对其边界及圭臬的认识与把握影响着幼儿教育意义和价值的实现。幼儿教育理论界和实践中对自由与秩序存在偏离和迷失,刻板控制造成自由边界真空,过度散漫导致秩序边界失度。二者的边界渗透具体表现在目的的自由性与手段的秩序性,生成的自由性与预设的秩序性,活动内容及要求的规定性与执行过程的灵活性。通过合理掌握自由的边界,使秩序停留在有度的范围内,构建符合幼儿身心发展需要和国家意志的幼儿教育体系,明晰使命与责任,促进幼儿养成独立自主的个性品质与自由创造的核心素养。
In early childhood education,freedom and order are contradictory. Understanding the boundariesand principles forfreedom and orderis of great influence on the realization of educationvalue.In theory and practice of early childhood education,there are deviation and loss to freedom and order;rigid discipline results in vacuum of free boundarywhileloose discipline leads to the loss of order boundary.The boundary permeation between them is embodied in the freedomofthe educational purpose andthe orderin the means of education,the freedom of generationandthe order of presupposition,the specification ofactivity content and the requirements andflexibility of implementation process.Early childhood education system that can meet the needs of our nation as well as the needs of children's physical and mental development should be constructed by means of reasonably mastering freedom boundaries and maintaining the order within the appropriate range so that the mission and obligation can be clarified.Children's independent personality and key competencies of free creation can be developed.
