摘要
在已有纺织品负离子测试方法基础上,通过将纳米锗粉涂到织物上测试其负离子发生量。对比分析平均取值法和五点取值法在织物负离子发生量评价中的优缺点。五点取值法是指在摩擦稳定区间内取5个最大点的平均值作为织物负离子发生量。平均取值法是指以摩擦稳定区间内的平均值作为织物负离子发生量。进行6组实验,通过分析数据标准差对两种方法进行比较,研究两种方法的优缺点。实验结果表明,两种评价方法都具有实际意义,与平均取值法相比,五点取值法计算量少、简单,可以迅速地反映实验结果。平均取值法得到的数据误差较小,能够精确地反映出织物负离子发生量。
Based on existing negative ion test method of textiles,the amount of negative ions were tested by coating the nano germanium powder on the fabric.The advantages and disadvantages of average value method and five point value method in the evaluation of fabric negative ion were compared and analyzed.The five point value method refered to the average value of five maximum points in the frictional stability interval as the amount of negative ion generated by the fabric.The average value method refered to the average value in the friction stability interval as the amount of negative ion generated by the fabric.6 groups of experiments were carried out to compare the two methods by analyzing the standard deviation of data,and to study the advantages and disadvantages of two methods.The experimental results showed that the two evaluation methods were of practical significance.Compared with the average value method,the five point method of value calculation was less and simple,which can quickly reflect the experimental results.The average value method had little error in data,and can accurately reflect the amount of negative ion generated by fabric.
