摘要
针对属性值为直觉模糊数且属性值缺失的不完全信息多属性决策问题,文章提出了基于证据推理(ER)的直觉模糊多属性决策方法。首先定义了如何用直觉模糊数表示属性值的缺失,分析了直觉模糊集与ER中等级置信度的相似性,将直觉模糊数转化等级置信度,然后用ER组合规则对方案的属性值信息进行集结,得到每个方案总的评价值,最后根据总评价值大小选择最优方案。算例分析结果验证了所提方法可以简单有效地解决不完全信息的直觉模糊多属性决策问题。
Aiming at the problem of incomplete information multi-attribute decision-making with attribute values as intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and missing attribute values, this paper proposes an intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method based on evidence reasoning (ER). Firstly, the paper defines how to use intuitionistic fuzzy numbers to express the missing attribute values, and analyzes the similarity between intuitionistic fuzzy sets and level confidence in evidence reasoning, convening intuitionistic fuzzy numbers into level confidence. And then the paper uses the ER combination nile to aggregate the attribute value information of the scheme and obtain the total evaluation value of each scheme. Finally, the optimal scheme is selected according to the total evaluation value. The result of the example analysis verifies that the proposed method can solve the intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision problem with incomplete information simply and effectively.
