摘要
企业外来技术主要包括引进技术和购买国内技术,本文针对近年来我国引进技术下降、购买国内技术上升的比重变化,基于面板数据模型、状态空间模型与贝叶斯向量自回归模型的研究结果表明:购买国内技术投入对高技术企业创新起着重要作用,其弹性系数2010年之前,一直高于引进技术。高技术产业对购买国内技术的消化吸收效果总体较好,购买国内技术能够有效带动自主研发投入,其对创新产出的贡献要大于引进技术;引进技术绩效总体不高但有好转的趋势,引进技术与创新产出无关,与自主研发投入之间总体上存在替代效应,我国对引进技术的消化吸收有待提高。引进技术的弹性系数从2007年开始转为正数,并且逐年提高;我国应该走引进技术与购买国内技术协调的发展的道路。
Outside technology of enterprise mainly including the introduction of technology and the purchase of domestic technology. In this paper, in recent years, China has introduced structural change by the imported technology falling, based on Panel data model, state space model and Bayesian vector autoregressive model results indicate that： The investment of purchasing domestic technology plays an important role in high-tech innovation, the elasticity coefficient of purchased domestic technology on innovation output, 2010 years ago, has been higher than that of the imported technology. The effect of digestion and absorption to purchased domestic technology, in high-tech industry, is better overall. The purchase of domestic technology can effectively promote independent R＆D investment, contribution to innovation output is greater than the introduction of technology ; Imported technology performance is not high as a whole but has a tendency to turn for the better, the imported technology has nothing to do with innovation output, there is substitution effect between independent research and development input and the imported technology on the whole, and digestion and absorption of technology need to be improved in China. At the beginning of 2007, the elasticity coefficient of the introduction of technology turned positive and has gradually inereased. China should go to the way that introduce technology and the development of domestic technology purchased coordinated development, our innovation-driven development strategy, should be from pay equal attention to the introduction of technology and the purchase of domestic technology innovation to independent innovation and domestic technology purchase primarily gradually.
