摘要
长输油气管道周边存在许多与天然气管道保护法冲突的采矿点,常规方法是关闭采矿点或管道改线,但在一些特定情况下,以上方法是不经济的。结合中缅油气管道与昆钢嘉华水泥厂采矿爆破的振动测试、现场爆破振动衰减模拟试验及非线性回归计算,获得振源与管道处于不同空间位置时的爆破振动衰减规律。基于此,提出当大中型采矿区与长输管道距离不满足《中华人民共和国石油天然气管道保护法》要求时,可以通过相应的技术措施消除爆破振动对管道的危害,从而为类似长输管道工程安全评估提供参考。
In the periphery of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, there are many mining sites that are inconsistent with the Law of the People′s Republic of China on the protection of petroleum and natural gas pipelines. And conventionally these mining sites are shut down or the route of the pipeline is changed. In some specific cases, however, the above mentioned methods are uneconomical. In this paper, the damping laws of blasting vibration for different relative locations between vibration source and pipeline were obtained based on China-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline, combined with the mining blasting vibration test, simulation test on the vibration damping of field blasting and non-linear regression calculation which were carried out by Jiahua Cement Plant of Kunming Steel. Based on this, it was put forward that the damage of blasting vibration on pipelines can be eliminated by taking technical measures correspondingly when the distance between the large-and medium-sized mining area and the long-distance pipeline doesn't satisfy the requirements of Law of the People′s Republic of China on the protection of petroleum and natural gas pipelines. The research results can be used as the reference for the safety assessment of similar long-distance pipeline engineering.
