盐穴储气库稳定性的实时微地震监测 被引量:4

Application of real time micro-seismic technique to the stability monitoring of salt cavern gas storage

摘要 盐穴地下储气库常面临地表沉降、盐岩破坏、气体渗漏及腔体收缩过快等安全稳定性问题。为了监测盐穴储气库注水排卤和注气排卤过程中的腔体稳定性,确保储气库安全平稳运行,利用实时微地震技术对金坛盐穴储气库连续监测12天,通过在井下布置高精度检波器,接收生产过程中的微地震事件,研究储气库造腔及注采气过程中微地震事件诱发因素,综合分析不同微地震信号特征。研究表明:检波器位于3层套管中导致储气库微地震信号衰减严重,特别是套管间环空液体对横波的阻碍;观察到的一些微地震事件可能为腔壁垮塌或破裂诱发所致,注水排卤工艺参数变化会引起微地震信号突然增多,统计微地震信号数量认为当前的生产工艺参数可以满足储气库安全稳定运行。 Salt cavern gas storages are often faced with the problems of safety and stability, such as surface subsidence, salt rock failure, gas leakage and fast cavity shrinkage. In order to monitor the stability of the cavity in the process of water or gas injection and brine discharge, so as to ensure the stable and safe operation of gas storage, a real-time micro-seismic technique was used to monitor the Jintan salt cavern gas storage continuously for 12 days. A high-precision geophone was placed downhole to receive the micro-seismic events in the process of production. The factors inducing the micro-seismic events in the process of solution mining and gas injection/production were investigated and the characteristics of different micro-seismic signals were analyzed comprehensively. It is shown that the micro-seismic signals of the gas storage are attenuated seriously if the geophone is set in the three-layer casing and the liquid in the casing annulus is especially fatal to transverse wave propagation. It is indicted that some observed micro-seismic events may be caused by the collapse or rupture of the cavity wall and the quantity of micro-seismic signals is increased sharply due to the variation of water injection and brine discharge parameters. It is demonstrated from the current micro-seismic signal statistics that the current production parameters can guarantee the stable and safe operation of gas storage.
