摘要
文章以某越野车特种驾驶室除雾风道为研究对象,对正向开发过程中的各个阶段进行研究。探讨了除雾系统在以下几个方面开发过程中的方法,并对开发经验进行总结。其主要包括前除雾风管的设计、除雾风道的CFD分析、除雾风道的优化、除雾结果分析、快速样件风速测量、除雾试验。此次除雾系统正向开发事例,为后续车辆的除雾系统的开发提供了可借鉴的理论基础、设计范例、仿真研究、试验验证方法,使其能满足一般汽车的除雾性能要求,减少其开发时间和开发费用。
In this paper, the research object of demist duct about an off-road vehicle cab is studied in all stages of the positive development process. Demist system is discussed the following aspects in the process of development methods, and to summarize development experience, mainly including former demist duct design, in addition the CFD analysis of demist duct, the optimization of mist duct, the mist analysis results, wind speed measurement results of rapid sample, the demist test. Through this positive development examples of demist system, the development of the demist system can be drawn lessons from the basic theory, the design theory, simulation and test verification method, satisfied with the requirement of automobile demist regulations. and it reduces the development time and development costs.
