摘要
以烟台开发区万达广场项目为例,对BIM技术在总承包交钥匙模式应用的方法及实施流程进行了总结,并对BIM技术在总承包交钥匙模式下的应用提出了一些建议,对今后类似的工程在总承包交钥匙模式下应用BIM技术提供参考。
Take the Yantai Development Zone Wanda Plaza project as an example,the paper summarizes the method and implementation process of BIM technology in engineering procurement construction turnkey mode. And put forward some suggestions on application of BIM technology in engineering procurement construction,and provide a reference for future similar project in the engineering procurement construction application BIM technology.
