摘要
为了解决注浆管的预埋、连接等问题,保证其完整性和密封性。设计了一套后注浆管路系统,为预制树根桩与后注浆结合提供了解决方案。桩尖可避免砂土进入管路并能防止注浆液倒流,并能适应各种异形桩体形式。最后,通过现场试验验证了后注浆管路系统的工程实用性。
In this paper,a set of post-grouting pipe system is designed,which provides a solution for the combination of precast root pile and post-grouting. The problem of embedded and connection of the grouting pipe can be solved and its integrity and sealing are guaranteed. The pile toe prevents the sand from entering the pipe and can prevent the pouring of cement slurry,and can adapt to various forms of different type piles.Finally,the engineering practicality of the post-grouting pipe system was verified by the field test.
