摘要
本文通过北京市超低能耗建筑(被动房)示范项目为例介绍被动房的起源、发展过程及特点、并重点研究被动房五大关键技术措施之一——具有高效保温性能门窗的安装技术及监理实施要点,并在被动房领域内首次提出二次放线、二次门窗收口、将原有的门窗与外围护结构的线接触改为面接触的新理念以及该项技术的发展趋势。
This paper is taking the demonstration project of the ultra low energy building (passive house) in Beijing as an example, introduces the origin, development process and characteristics of the passive house. Especially, it focuses on one of the five key technical measures of the passive house. That is the installation technology with high efficiency insulation window and the key points for the quality control of the supervision engineer In the field of passive room, two measurement, two stage completion as a new idea, contact line contact between the original window and the external contact becomes plane contact. At the same time, it introduces the trend of technology in the future.
