针状焦生产中混合溶剂芳脂比与馏程的关系探讨

摘要 准确、有效地确定混合溶剂芳脂比,可提高针状焦生产中原料预处理效果。以煤系溶剂为芳香烃原料,石油系溶剂为脂肪烃原料,采用馏程实验与相关性方程的方法,研究了混合溶剂的芳脂比与馏程的关系。结果表明,混合溶剂的芳脂比与馏程存在线性相关,运用该线性关系计算出的芳脂比与实际芳脂比之间的误差较小,可用于指导针状焦实际生产中混合溶剂的配置。 Accurate and effective determination of the aromatic aliphatic ratio in mixed solvent could improve the raw material pretreatment effect in the needle coke production. Using coal-based solvent as aromatic hydrocarbon,petroleum-based solvent as aliphatic hydrocarbon, the relationship between the aromatic aliphatic ratio of mixed solvent and the distillation range was studied with distillation experiment and correlation equation method. The result showed there existed linear correlation between the aromatic aliphatic ratio of mixed solvent and the distillation range. The error between the aromatic aliphatic ratio calculated by the linear correlation and the actual aromatic aliphatic ratio was small, which was of great significance to mixed solvent configuration in needle coke production.
