低压高效电机冲气隙工艺研究

摘要 介绍了冲气隙工艺在高压电机中的应用。又介绍了低压高效电机冲气隙冲压工艺及模具的改进。再介绍了低压高效电机冲气隙铸铝工艺的改进。最后阐述了在低压高效电机中的应用实例,有效地解决了冲气隙工艺在中小型电机中的成功应用。这为低压高效电机转子冲片制造提供了一种先进的工艺方法。 The application of high voltage motor was introduced,mould improvement and new cast aluminum casting were processed. By application example for high efficiency motor,the technology resolves effectively successful application of middle and small motors was resolved. It was an alternative technology for manufacturing the rotor sheet in low voltage high efficiency motor.
