单宁酸作为水基润滑添加剂在模拟海水环境下摩擦学特性的研究

摘要 通过3.5%NaCl溶液作为模拟海水,以单宁酸作为水基润滑添加剂,利用立式万能摩擦磨损试验机评价模拟海水环境下不同浓度的单宁酸作为水机润滑添加剂在不锈钢/Si_3N_4摩擦副中摩擦学性能,同时考察不同载荷、转速下的润滑效果。采用电化学工作站测试在该环境下不同浓度单宁酸的抗腐蚀性能。并采用接触角测定仪表征单宁酸在不锈钢基体的吸附特性。结果表明:在模拟海水环境下,1g·L^(-1)的单宁酸可以起到良好的减摩润滑效果,在高载荷和转速下依然保持良好润滑性能,但当溶液中单宁酸含量达到5g·L^(-1)时,会加速不锈钢的腐蚀,导致磨损量增大。 A systematic investigation has been carried out in the present work to study the tribological behaviour of tannin acid as a water-based lubricating additive in 3.5% NaCl solution as a simulated seawater in the laboratory for stainless steel/Si3N4 frictional pair using a universal ball-on-disk tribometer.The corrosion resistance of tannic acid on stainless steel substrate is studied by means of electrochemical workstation.The adsorption of tannic acid on stainless steel substrate is studied by contact angle meter.The results suggest that 1 g·L^(-1) tannic acid can play agood anti friction lubrication effect.The lubrication performance remains when high load and rotating speed are applied.However,when the content of tannicacid reaches 5 g·L^(-1),it will accelerate the corrosion of stainless steel and lead to the increase of wear.
