摘要
研究小电源并网对桂林电网安全运行的影响。通过对小电源发电特性、设备技术条件、电站运行维护等方面进行分析梳理,找出可能影响电网安全运行的共性问题和个性问题,并从优化机组发电计划、并网技术审查、培训指导等方面提出解决措施,对提升其它地区电网小电源调度运行管理有一定的借鉴意义。
The influence of grid-connected small power source on the security operation of Guilin power grid is studied. By the analysis and organization from aspects of generation characteristics of small power source, equipment technical condition, station operation and maintenance and so on, common problems and unique problems that probably influent the security operation of power grid are found. Solutions are proposed from aspects of optimization of unit generation plan, investigation of grid-connection technology and Training guidance, which have certain reference significance to the improvement of dispatching operation and management level of small power sources in other regional power grid.
