摘要
合作疲劳是校企合作过程中关系发展的常态,且具有显著的风险特征。从校企合作过程中的弱冲突角度出发,引入校企合作疲劳概念,剖析了合作疲劳演进过程,在问卷调查和因子分析的基础上,提出职业教育校企合作疲劳强度影响因素,并分析了疲劳调适机制及策略。
Cooperative fatigue is the common situation of developing college-enterprise cooperation and it has obvious risks. From the perspective of weak conflict in the process of college-enterprise cooperation, the concept of college-enterprise cooperation fatigue is introduced in this paper, and the evolution process of cooperative fatigue is analyzed. On the basis of questionnaire survey and factor analysis, this paper puts forward the influencing factors, and expounds the fatigue debugging mechanism and strategies in the process of college-enterprise cooperation.
