摘要
配电网中接入分布式风力发电机会使得其供电能力结果不稳定。针对该问题,结合随机机会约束规划理论,建立考虑风电随机性的配电网随机机会约束最大供电能力数学模型。首先,分析风电出力历史数据拟合出其分布参数。其次,基于随机机会约束规划理论将模型中的约束条件设置为混合随机机会约束,确定计及主变N-1和馈线N-1约束的配电网最大供电能力随机机会约束模型;考虑到所建立模型是非线性约束问题,故利用简化粒子群算法对其进行求解。最后,算例分析验证所提模型和算法的可行性和有效性。
Power distribution network's access to distributed wind power generation opportunities makes its power supply capacity unstable. Aiming at this problem and combining with stochastic opportunity constraint planning theory, this paper establishes the mathematic model of total power supply capacity of distribution network with stochastic chance constraints considering wind powerrandomness. Firstly the paper analyzes the historical data of wind power output to fit its distribution parameters. Secondly, based on stochastic opportunity constraint programming theory, the paper sets the constraint conditions in the model to mixed random chance constraints, and establishes random chance constraint model of maximum power supply capacity of distribution network with themain variable N-1 and feeder N-1 constraints. And then with the proposed model considered as anonlinear constraint, the simplified particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally an analysis example is given to verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed model and algorithm
