摘要
供给侧结构性改革适用于教育领域,教育领域的供给侧结构性改革本质上是人力资源及其培养的供给侧结构性改革。高等教育作为具有更强的私人产品属性的一种准公共产品,在近些年发展中供给结构、质量与经济社会发展不适应问题越发突出,有必要并且可以通过供给侧结构性改革的基本思想、方法去研究、探索和解决。我国高等教育人力资源供给对如何引领经济社会发展探究不够、对我国不断加大的影响力准备不足、对自身结构调整不到位。我国高等教育供给侧结构性改革核心是办学定位科学性的提高,重点是学科建设、专业建设适应性的提升,难点是教学改革创新性的加强,保障是管理体制和供给机制的完善,目标是供给价格的降低、供给质量和效率的提高。
The structural reform of supply side applies to the field of education,and the structural reform of supply side in education is essentially the structural reform of the supply side of human resources and its training. Higher education as a quasi public product with stronger private product attributes,has a prominent in-adaptation problems between its supply structure,quality and social economy development in resent years development. These problems are necessary and can be studied,explored and solved through the basic ideas and methods of the structural reform of supply side. The supply of human resources of higher education in China does not make further exploration of how to guide the economic and social development; does not have enough preparation for China's stronger influence; dose not put the adjustment of self-structure in place. Structural reform of supply side of higher education in China is developed with the core of improvement of the scientific orientation of school running,the emphasis on the promotion of the adaptability of discipline construction and major construction,the difficulty of strengthening the innovation of reaching reform,the guarantee of the perfection of management system and supply mechanism,and the goal of reducing the price of supply and improving the quality and efficiency of supply.
