摘要 针对酒精生产过程中温度监测的要求,设计了以数字信号处理器为核心的下位机、以监控软件LabVIEW为上位机、采用以太网通讯的分布式温度监测系统。首先设计了系统总体方案,而后设计了下位机的硬件电路、控制软件及上位机的监控软件,最后对系统进行了长时间的运行测试,结果表明系统稳定可靠、检测精度高。 Aiming at the requirements of the temperature monitor in alcohol production, the distributed temperature monitoring system was designed by using Ethernet communication, which takes LabVIEWas host computer and DSP as the core of subordinate computer. The hardware/software of lower comput-er and monitoring software of upper computer were designed based on the overall design scheme. The long-time operational testing shows that the system has the high detection precision and good stability.
