国产木材与桥梁模型力学性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对国产落叶松木材,进行了顺纹拉、压和弯曲试验,得到了强度、弹性模量与泊松比结果。同时,制作了一座落叶松胶合木桥梁模型,考虑结构配重、人群荷载及结构控制截面最不利受力,开展了静力试验;采用有限元软件进行结构数值模拟分析。结果表明:国产落叶松拉、压强度试验值,大于木结构规范设计强度值;其变异系数小于规范值;拉、压弹性模量测试值与规范值接近,离散性不大。落叶松木材质量及干燥性较好。国产落叶松胶合木桥梁结构刚度与强度满足设计规范要求,国产落叶松胶合木可以用于现代木结构桥梁。 In this paper,the longitudinal tensile,compressive and bending tests of Chinese larch wood were carried out,and the results of strength,elastic modulus and poisson 's ratio were obtained.Meanwhile,a larch glued-laminated timber(glulam) bridge model was built,and static tests,considering structure weight,crowd load and the most unfavorable stress of the structure control section,were carried out. The finite element software is used for structural numerical simulation analysis. The results show that the test values for tensile and compressive strength of domestic larch wood are greater than the design strength values of timber structure code; The coefficient of variation is less than the standard value; Tensile and compressive elastic modulus test values are close to the specification values with less discreteness; Larchwood has great quality and dryness,and the structural rigidity and strength of the domestic larch glulam bridge meet the design specification requirements,thus Chinese larch plywood can be used in modern timber bridges.
