芒市坝区环境空气质量季节性超标原因分析及改善途径探讨

摘要 利用2013—2017年环境空气质量监测资料对芒市坝区1—5月城市空气质量超标原因进行分析,并类比其他相似坝区城市同一时段空气质量及气象资料。结果表明,2—4月芒市坝区易出现逆温,妨碍大气污染物扩散,是导致环境空气质量超标的直接原因。同时工农业生产生活的大气污染物排放、天然森林质量降低等诸多因素共同导致了空气质量下降。提出了逆温季节大气污染防治、开展城市环境空气污染源解析、绿色交通系统建设、天然林生态恢复等空气环境质量改善措施。 The causes of seasonally exceeding standard of urban air quality from January to May in Mangshi City were analyzed based on the air monitoring data in 2013 to 2017. The results were compared with the similar plain cities. It indicated that the inversion zone that occurred from February to April in the plain area hindered atmospheric diffusion,which was the direct reason to lead to the exceeding standard. Meanwhile,the air pollution emissions from industrial production and domestic life,the decrease of natural forest quality,and other reasons worked together to degrade the air quality. The countermeasures to prevent the occurrence of inversion zone,to identify the air pollution sources,to build green transportation system,and to restore natural forest were put forward.
